How much caffeine is in one pouch?+
Around 100mg, similar to a strong cup of coffee. Treat one pouch like one coffee and keep an eye on your total daily caffeine, especially if you also drink coffee or energy drinks.
How do you use a caffeine pouch?+
Tuck one under your top lip, leave it in place for around 20 to 40 minutes, then remove and bin it. You do not chew or swallow it. A light tingle at first is normal.
Who should not use caffeine pouches?+
Anyone under 18, anyone sensitive to caffeine, and anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid using them late in the day if caffeine affects your sleep, and do not combine several with other high-caffeine drinks.
