Shipping Policy

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 3:00pm on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

Next-Day Delivery

Next-day delivery must be selected at checkout. Orders must be placed before 2:00pm on a business day to qualify for next-day dispatch. We cannot guarantee next-day delivery for orders placed after 2:00pm or on weekends. Next-day delivery is available to mainland UK addresses only.

Delivery Area

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, and other remote areas may take additional time and may be subject to a surcharge. We currently do not offer international delivery.

Tracking

All orders are sent via a tracked courier service. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor delivery progress directly with the courier.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. We are not responsible for parcels not collected following a failed delivery attempt. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Goods

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vapecity2005@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
