1. About Us

VapeCity is a trading name of Wholesaling Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15403542), with its registered office at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE. These terms govern all transactions between Wholesaling Ltd and trade customers.

2. Trade Customers Only

VapeCity sells exclusively to businesses. By registering a trade account, you confirm that you are purchasing for business purposes and not as a consumer. You must be at least 18 years of age and authorised to purchase nicotine products on behalf of your business.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices shown on the website are per box and include VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are accepted only once confirmed by us in writing (including by email). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

The minimum order quantity is one box per product. We do not sell individual units.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full before goods are dispatched. We accept bank transfer (BACS) and major debit/credit cards. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3:00pm on business days the same day. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Age Verification and Resale

You confirm that you will not sell nicotine products to anyone under the age of 18. You are responsible for ensuring you have compliant age verification in place at your point of sale. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we believe our products are being sold unlawfully.

7. Regulatory Compliance

All products we supply are UK TPD compliant. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when reselling these products, including the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016, and any subsequent regulations including restrictions on disposable vapes.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods, subject to our Refund Policy. We do not accept returns on change-of-mind or overstock orders. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.

9. Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, text, and branding — is the property of the respective brand owners or Wholesaling Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
