Our Policy

VapeCity is a business-to-business supplier of vaping and nicotine products. All products we supply contain nicotine or are intended for use with nicotine products. UK law requires that nicotine products are not sold to anyone under the age of 18.

By registering a trade account with us, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are authorised to purchase on behalf of your business
  • Your business will not sell our products to anyone under 18
  • You have compliant age verification systems in place at your point of sale

Your Responsibilities as a Reseller

As a trade customer purchasing for resale, you are responsible for ensuring that the products you purchase from us are only sold to customers aged 18 or over. This includes:

  • Implementing age verification at point of sale (in-store or online)
  • Training staff to check ID where there is doubt about a customer's age
  • Displaying appropriate age restriction notices at your place of business
  • Complying with the Challenge 25 policy or equivalent

Regulatory Context

The sale of nicotine products to under-18s is a criminal offence under the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 and the Children and Young Persons (Protection from Tobacco) Act 1991. Breaching these regulations can result in fines and loss of licence to trade.

We take our responsibilities seriously and will terminate the account of any trade customer found to be in breach of age verification laws.

Disposable Vapes

Single-use non-rechargeable disposable vapes have been banned for sale in the UK since June 2025. We do not supply these products. If you are unsure whether a product falls under the ban, contact us before ordering.
