Who can buy from VapeCity?+
VapeCity is a trade-only supplier. We supply retailers, convenience stores, online sellers, and other businesses. We do not sell to the general public.
Do I need an account to order?+
Yes. You need to register for a trade account before placing your first order. Account approval is usually completed within one business day. Contact us at vapecity2005@gmail.com to get started.
What is the minimum order?+
The minimum order is one box per product. Box quantities vary by product — nic salts and similar are typically 10 per box, larger devices are typically 5 per box. Prices shown are per box, VAT included.
Is free delivery available?+
Yes. Free delivery applies to all orders over £200. Orders below £200 attract a delivery charge which will be shown at checkout.
How quickly do you dispatch?+
Orders placed before 3pm on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
What courier do you use?+
We use a tracked courier service. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Are all your products UK TPD compliant?+
Yes. All products we supply comply with the UK Tobacco Products Directive (TPD). We do not supply products that are not compliant with UK regulations.
Do you sell disposable vapes?+
No. Single-use non-rechargeable disposable vapes have been banned for sale in the UK since June 2025. We only supply rechargeable prefilled pod kits and other legal vape products.
Can I return products?+
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery if the wrong item was sent or the product is faulty. We do not accept returns on change-of-mind orders. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept bank transfer (BACS) and major debit/credit cards. Payment is required in full before dispatch.
Do you offer credit accounts?+
Credit terms may be available for established trade accounts with a proven payment history. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
How do I know what is in stock?+
Stock is updated on the website in real time. If a product shows as available, it is in stock. Contact us if you need to check availability for a large order before placing.
Can I get a product not listed on your site?+
Contact us with your requirements. We can source products from a wide range of brands and may be able to obtain items not currently listed.
