What are nicotine pouches?

A nicotine pouch is a small, pre-portioned sachet of plant fibre soaked in nicotine — no tobacco leaf anywhere in the mix. You tuck one behind your upper lip, and the nicotine absorbs through the gum tissue over the next 20 to 60 minutes. A mild tingling when you first place it is completely normal and settles within a minute or two.
